Welcome to the QU Student website! This is my website completely dedicated to Quincy University. You were either looking for information about Quincy University or you have stumbled across this site full of knowledge. My name is Tanner Jacobs and I am a Political Science major with a concentration in Pre-Law and would like to give you the inside look at QU.
I have established this blog as a way to show anyone who has ever been interested in QU and more specifically its Pre-Law program a bird’s eye view. I plan to go into depth about the courses, clubs, events, and even types of people that you will encounter not only as a Pre-Law student but a student in general.
The Pre-Law program at Quincy University is astounding. The mock trial teams have always represented the school well and have received numerous National Tournament bids. Plus there is a newly established Pre-Law club that is dedicated to helping anyone who has an interest within a law field. The courses are comprehensive with professors who are dedicated to teaching.
The school is located in Quincy, IL and Francis Hall (the main building) has as much history as the town of Quincy itself. Overall Quincy University gives you opportunities that you would never find at larger less personable universities. In other words if you like to know the people you have class with, the ability to talk to professors when you need help, as well as the wonderful opportunities that small schools offer then QU is the choice that you should make.
